However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. To qualify:
The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase and photos may be required
Customer is responsible for return shipping if applicable
Please note: Used items or opened parcels will not be accepted for exchange or return.
